Jonathan is an HVAC professional and the founder of Equipment Tracker Pro. He holds an EPA Section 608 Universal Certification and has worked as a licensed HVAC tradesperson for 2 years. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years performing housing maintenance work that included hands-on HVAC servicing. He built Equipment Tracker Pro directly from his experiences in the field—where losing years of equipment service logs or climbing up a fixed roof ladder twice just to verify a belt code was a daily frustration.

Combining his field expertise with a background in offline-first software architectures, Jonathan designed Equipment Tracker Pro to put technicians first. The platform operates 100% offline using a secure local SQLite database, automates complex EPA Section 608 compliance math on-site, and simplifies client hand-offs with dynamic QR asset tags.
