- Locate QR Code Button: Open any equipment profile in the mobile app and tap "QR Code" (subtitled "Print & label") in the main action toolbar. Tapping the "QR Code" action button (subtitled "Print & label") on a unit's profile.
- Customize & Export Tag: Choose between "LINK", "TEXT", or "JSON" modes. TEXT and JSON work on a free account; tapping LINK on a free account explains what the paid mode adds instead of just blocking you. Customize sizing from 1"x1" to 4"x6", choose a brand header option (e.g., Company Logo), and tap "SAVE PDF" or "SHARE QR PDF". Customizing the format (LINK, TEXT, JSON), label size, header, and downloading the tag.

Each guide has a Mobile App / Web Dashboard toggle, but most of the detailed step-by-step content lives on the mobile app (iOS & Android) since that's where most features live today. The web dashboard has its own overview guide, and we're adding more web-specific guides as dashboard features expand.
Can I access these guides offline?
While the guides website requires an active internet connection, the mobile app runs fully offline, allowing you to access all your saved equipment databases and maintenance logs in zero-signal zones.
